Our many years of experience in this sector make us a competent development partner. On the system integration side, we develop concepts for future infotainment systems, integrate and test individual components and entire systems as well as construct complete test vehicles.
Our software development activity covers the spectrum of embedded software, client/server applications and Internet-based services. Development work in embedded software takes place on an IAV-developed framework for telematics solutions. As a particular speciality, we can offer the development of drivers on a wide range of different operating systems.
Our services also include the development of complex hardware solutions, e.g. based on Intel X-scale processors.
Together with our partner, we offer the service of developing innovative man-machine interfaces in the field of HMI, e.g. using touch or voice technology. We ensure functionality, usability and ergonomics by means of simulations and suitable procedures. With TeleDrive®, comprising a server for progressive services – e.g. location-based services – the TeleDrive® PC – a highly modern, all-in-one PC-based hardware solution in DIN format – and an integrated software application, IAV offers a first-rate, open information and entertainment system. Using the expertise of the entire development chain at our company, we develop tailor-made solutions for our customers in the field of telematics/infotainment.
