Gaseous fuels offer the advantages of low operating costs and present the opportunity to markedly reduce CO2 and exhaust emissions.

Gas-powered vehicles are today already an effective alternative to vehicles with conventional or hybrid and electrical drives. Gaseous fuels offer the advantages
of low operating costs and present the opportunity to markedly reduce CO2 and exhaust emissions – especially when the fuels come from renewable sources. These benefits are being increasingly recognized and promoted by governments. During the conference,
there will be the opportunity to test-drive several gas-powered vehicles.

Evening Event

A city tour transports you directly to the palace of Sanssouci,
part of the Potsdam UNESCO World Heritage site and only a
few minutes’ walk from the Bornstedt Crown Estate. This is
where we would like to spend the evening with you.

Driving Event

To give you the opportunity to experience a range of gas-powered vehicles,
IAV and FKFS are holding a driving event at the end of the
conference. Therefor IAV offeres a Bus transfer from the conference hotel to
the ADAC test track in Linthe and back to Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL).

The organizer shall be entitled to cancel an event without stating reasons. In this case, the full attendance fee will be reimbursed. No further claims may be made. The organizer reserves
the right to change the conference program provided such does not affect the event's overall character.

Liability

The organizer is liable for willful or grossly negligent action as well as for any infringement of major contractual obligations for which the organizer is to blame. In the event of negligence, the amount of liability for damages shall be limited to compensation for the loss that can be foreseen for this type of contract. Liability for damages for injury to life or limb as well as product liability shall remain unaffected. Insofar as the afore-stated arrangement rules out or limits liability for damages, this shall also cover personal liability of the organs, of employees or of other members of staff, of representatives, of vicarious agents and the use of event documentation.

Rights to films and photographs

Presentations and event documentation are protected by copyright. Rights of use can only be granted by express written agreement. Under no circumstances must presentations or event documentation be duplicated, processed, passed on or used for the participant's own events. The participant consents irrevocably and without demanding remuneration to the organizer being entitled to use visual or sound recordings made of his person within the scope of the event for all current and future media.

Your details will be stored by electronic means in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
