Concepts for injection systems and components are drawn up in line with customer requirements, and then used for generating the rough layout.
Instrumentation:
Some measurements make it necessary to install measuring equipment. IAV is in a position to make the design changes necessary for incorporating additional sensors or measuring equipment.
Package
IAV provides support in relation to component layout. Relevant data models can be used for examining component position and for determining the available installation space. It is also possible to define the position of other assemblies and eliminate space or accessibility problems by implementing appropriate design measures.
Computation:
Various programs are available for component-related calculation.
Supervision of production:
IAV supervises the production of sample parts and prototypes.
Design modifications:
Modifications or adjustments can be made to the design of existing systems.
