Technical details
- Efficient measurement data recording unit; sampling rate 100 kHz per channel
- Direct lift-to-lift measurement of injection rates
- Direct lift-to-lift computation of injected masses or injected volumes in real time
- Up to 7 partial injection events per lift
- Measurement accuracy: << +/- 0.2 mg/lift*
- Application temperature range: -30°C to +125°C
- Minimum detectable injection interval: 30 µs*
- Selectable fuel backpressure: 5-180 bar
- Measurement range: 0.3 to 150 mg/lift (configurations with greater measurement range in preparation)
- No moving parts of relevance to accuracy, making the system largely immune to wear and keeping maintenance to a minimum
- Suitable for diesel and gasoline fuels
- TCP/IP data interface for remote control by host computer systems
- Simple data handling and convenient processing capabilities
- Dimensions d x l approx. 140 x 315 mm plus injector mount
* The measuring unit's accuracy has been determined in IAV's calibration facility under standardized boundary testing conditions and is based on national standards. The measurement accuracy capable of being achieved also depends on boundary testing conditions.
