Injection Analyzer

Instrument for the simultaneous measurement of injection rate and injection quantity. The Injection Analyzer is used for investigating hydraulic parameters in the course of development work on high-pressure injection systems.

The measuring principle selected generates a basic signal with an unprecedented information content and quality that permits a significantly more detailed analysis of injection cycles. In conjunction with a highly efficient electronic evaluation unit performing principal calculations in real time, this IAV product is becoming a tool that is capable, within an optimized time framework, of addressing all of the increasingly complex tasks involved in developing injection systems.

  • No moving parts of relevance to accuracy, making the system largely immune to wear and keeping maintenance to a minimum

  • TCP/IP data interface for remote control by host computer systems

* The measuring unit's accuracy has been determined in IAV's calibration facility under standardized boundary testing conditions and is based on national standards. The measurement accuracy capable of being achieved also depends on boundary testing conditions.
