Active suspensions as well as intelligent stability and safety systems have a major influence on the subjective driving experience. This is because they determine a vehicle make's typical design in terms of agility, comfort and perception of safety. Chassis electronics is a mutual basis for an individual destinction of a vehicle's driving character for the targeted market.

IAV supports vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers in developing and testing electronic ride control systems, including functional definition, prototype construction and assistance in the development process to SOP level.
