This is the result of an international adjudicating panel comprising industry experts from companies, such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble as well as non-profit organizations. The award is one of the world’s most-respected branding accolades.

IAV, one of the leading engineering partners of the automotive industry, has revised its brand identity and from today presents itself with a new brand appearance. The new logo communicates the drive and energy it works with for its clients. The "automotive engineering" claim underscores the rock-solid engineering expertise it can provide across all specialized disciplines: IAV is at home in the entire vehicle.

IAV was honored with a Project Partner award during the Square One Synergy Summit on August 18th, 2011 for their sponsorship and mentoring of the Square One Education Network. Square One ignites the creative potential of students and teachers. Their network collaborates to enhance the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) learning experience in under-resourced schools throughout Michigan.

The excitement is building at the University of Michigan for the Formula SAE MRacing teams at the U of M Ann Arbor and Dearborn campuses. Each of the student teams have been spending the winter designing and building their open-wheeled prototype racecar in preparation for the SAE International Collegiate Design Series. The first event of the 2011 series is the Formula SAE® Michigan race which will be held at the Michigan International Speedway, Brooklyn, MI., on May 11-14th, 2011.
