A Glimpse Back at the STEM Young Talents Festival

IAV Talent Innovation Day 2019

04.12.2019  —

We see ourselves as the designers of the mobility of tomorrow, and offer a broad range of challenging tasks and plenty of free rein for new ideas. On November 26 2019, we invited students, graduates, and university representatives in STEM fields to Berlin for the second time so they could immerse themselves in the mobility of the future and get to know us better.

Themed Islands, Workshops, Presentations

Our diverse program included workshops, presentations, and themed islands featuring current IAV development innovations on topics like automated driving, alternative drive systems, and connected vehicles. While discussing opportunities and challenges with our developers, there was an opportunity to make connections and chat about job opportunities.

A few impressions from the day:

IAV Talent Award: Sustainable Mobility in Urban Spaces

The presentation of the IAV Talent Award 2019 was another highlight of the IAV Talent Innovation Day. Three teams were nominated from the countless ideas on the topic of “sustainable mobility in urban spaces” submitted by IAV work students. They had the chance to convince an independent jury of science and industry experts as well as the audience with their pitches at the “Inno-Slam”.
