IAV Awards Stipends for Young Talents

Collaboration between industry and science has been an Integral component of IAV’s DNA since it started out as a spin-off from TU Berlin in 1983. Both universities and students as well as tech solution providers benefit from the innovation potential, synergies, and high-quality partnerships. IAV has joined forces with its partner IT-Talents to offer a 12-month IT scholarship to focus on promoting talent.

Originally intended as a single stipend, the program has been expanded to 14 stipends after reviewing the approximately 200 applications. However, the students selected will receive more than just money. In addition to financial support, there is also a focus on professional exchange. We facilitate this through regular discourse sessions and personal events that provide exclusive insight to stipend recipients. We also offer participants the opportunity to actively contribute to the company. This may be in the form of a work study position at IAV or a final thesis and is tailored to their individual requirements.
