Global Management Conference

Finally the time has come, for two years we could hardly get in touch physically. Now we would like to come together in Berlin and experience IAV’s topics, contents and projects.

The Global Management Conference will take place on the 30th of June with a stage programme and evening event. Our focus is on cross-divisional exchange on site, discussing together, meeting colleagues and experiencing IAV on its way to becoming a Tech Solution Provider. Because:

  • The entire event will take place at the Westhafen WECC. You will be accommodated at the Motel One Upper West. There will be a shuttle service from the hotel to the location and back. You can find more information about the shuttle, luggage and hotel in the respective section on this page.
  • We are looking forward to a great day with you!

Registration & Location

We have reserved a room for everyone for the 30.06.-01.07. at the Hotel Motel One Upper West. In addition, there is a small room contingent for the 29-30.06.2022. This applies in particular to participants who have a long journey (from 250km).

Please let us know via the registration link if you need a hotel. Registration deadline is 20.06.2022.

Arrival: Parking costs have to be covered by the participants themselves.

Shuttle & Luggage

We will shuttle you to the location and back. Therefore, please be in front of the Motel One Upper West hotel on the 30.06.2022 between 08:15 and 09:00. Several shuttle buses will leave from 08:15 to the location. The last bus will leave at 09:00. In the evening you will be shuttled back to the hotel from the evening event at the WECC between 22:00 and 00:00.

Luggage
Please be at the Motel One Upper West between 08:30 and 09:00 on the 30th of June to drop off your luggage and board one of the shuttle buses to the location.
Your luggage can be collected there or taken to your room.

Hygiene rules

For your safety, there will of course be plenty of hand disinfection and washing facilities on site. In addition, we recommend that you take a quick or self-test before the event. Free self-tests will also be available at our IAV receptions. And please stay at home if you feel ill or have flu-like symptoms.

Dress code

We recommend the dress code Business Casual.
