Customers will now find it even easier to contact the right expert and to receive a quotation: the new “Simulation Enquiry Portal” is available on the internet since the first quarter 2019. The enquiry topic can be narrowed down with a mouse click so that it lands directly with the right team manager. There’s a text box to describe specific concerns. As a rule, the answer will come in just a few hours. The offer will be accompanied with additional information such as white papers and brochures. During the year, various other functions will be added in the context of digital sales, including a social media presence and 24/7 availability. The portal has been working successfully on an internal level for several months. Enquiries now reach the right simulation team, with noticeably shorter response times.
