We make sure our clients get first-class quality at all project stages

At IAV, we employ a regime of Total Quality Management which means quality assurance measures are in place throughout every process involved in development projects. As standard practice, we define quality gates for every development project that are double-checked by an independent quality assurer to be sure they are satisfied.

We employ efficient QM methods to meet the exacting demands our customers place on quality. These methods include failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) that verifies the quality of results early on in the development process.

Thirty members of staff in central quality management and over 100 quality representatives across all IAV operations ensure start-to-finish quality assurance not only for products but also for the work that is done in the development departments. They are qualified Quality Officers as well as experienced auditors and assessors who have been trained in line with regular standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025 or Automotive SPICE™.
