HR Generalist
This challenge awaits you:
As the HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in setting up and managing core HR functions in India. You will work closely with global HR teams and local leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and training processes aligned with global standards and local compliance.
Your Tasks:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring across functions in India.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
Onboarding & HR Systems
- Oversee onboarding using global HR platforms (e.g., SAP).
- Ensure smooth induction, documentation, and compliance processes.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in designing and executing engagement programs.
- Organize feedback sessions, recognition initiatives, and cultural events.
- Monitor engagement metrics and support action planning.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs with global and local teams.
- Track participation, maintain learning records, and support development plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
Performance & Offboarding
- Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.
- Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in MNCs.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and onboarding systems.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws.
