As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing core financial operations in India. You will collaborate closely with global finance teams and local leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with global accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls to support strategic decision-making and maintain financial integrity across the organization.

Tasks
Planning / reporting / analysis and liquidity management
- Creation of monthly reports in coordination with specifications from the parent company
- Carrying out ad-hoc analyzes for the on-site management
- Discussing the reports and analyzes with the on-site management
- Creation of the weekly / monthly liquidity forecast
- Management support in creating professional presentations
- Support of the management in the preparation of shareholders’ meetings
- Support of the local management in planning and forecasting, in coordination with the parent company
- Carrying out deviation analyzes and initiating and monitoring countermeasures
Project administration and monthly closing
- Administration of project management / project system (SAP PS)
- Maintenance of the capacity planning and support in the intercompany order process
- Business evaluation of the projects in the project system and discussions with project managers
- Responsible for the interface and preparation of data for accounting
- Preparation of the monthly statement Cooperation with the controlling in the parent company
- Coordination of the necessary monthly closing activities
Requirements
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification/training
- First professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Professional knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS
- A high degree of initiative, organizational talent and a quick grasp
- Organizational skills, high flexibility and willingness to perform
