Our expertise includes the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software-defined Vehicles, allowing us to offer tailored solutions for the mobility of the future that meet the specific needs of our clients.

In Brazil since 2001, with its main office in São Paulo – SP, a satellite office in Resende-RJ, and teams located directly at clients’ sites across Brazil.

Management

Our management team consists of experienced leaders: Jörg Astalosch (CEO), Martin Mahle (CFO) and Jens Pfitzinger (Managing Director of People & Culture and Labor Director). They are passionately committed to developing forward-looking technologies and driving the strategic direction and growth of IAV.

Jörg Astalosch

Jörg Astalosch (CEO)

Jörg Astalosch is IAV’s CEO since October 2023. Jörg began his career at the Volkswagen Group in Wolfsburg in 1988, initially in Procurement and later in staff functions for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. From 2004 to 2006, he worked for Audi in the USA and in Ingolstadt, and from 2012 to 2014 as CFO at MAN. From 2015 to 2021, he was CEO of vehicle developer Italdesign in Turin, where he drove forward collaboration with OEMs and new mobility partners. He then supported M&A projects at Audi. Jörg is a trained electronics technician and graduate engineer (FH). After his vocational training, he studied industrial engineering in Germany and completed an MBA in Spain.
