The Recruiter and Hiring Managers screen applications for skill and experience alignment with the role. Shortlisted candidates are invited for the next discussion within 1–2 weeks.

A quick 20–30-minute call to understand your background, motivation, and expectations.
Sets the stage for technical and managerial interviews ahead.

A 45–60-minute technical or functional round assessing your core skills and problem-solving ability. Expect coding challenges or project-based discussions for engineering roles.

A deeper evaluation with senior team members or hiring managers focusing on advanced skills and collaboration. May include case studies or real-world scenario discussions.

A 30–45-minute conversation exploring cultural fit, soft skills, and company values.
