As a Sales & Partner Manager, you own the sales pipeline and partner portfolio for India, driving new business acquisition alongside strategic account growth. Lead account planning, sales plays, and partner go-to-market initiatives in close collaboration with Key Account Management and cluster teams. Ensure disciplined forecasting, scalable execution, and measurable partner impact while aligning seamlessly with quotation, legal, controlling, and delivery functions.

Tasks

  • Drive business growth by executing account strategies, leading solution sales (ADAS, SDV, cloud), and managing end-to-end deal lifecycle
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, including joint GTM, co-marketing, and solution integration
  • Oversee sales operations: pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, pricing, and margin control
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account, delivery, and solution teams to align execution and readiness
  • Ensure governance, compliance, performance reporting, and support global sales initiatives

  • Revenue Growth: Order intake, YoY growth
  • Pipeline Health: Coverage, win rate, forecast accuracy
  • Partner Impact: Onboarding, co-selling, joint GTM
  • Account Success: Long-term deals, upselling, relationships

Requirements

🔹 Must Have

  • 10–15 years in B2B sales/partner management (automotive, mobility, or tech)
  • Strong experience in strategic sales, account growth & C-level negotiations
  • Expertise in partner programs and solution selling (ADAS, SDV, cloud, HIL)
  • Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and executive communication

🔹 Preferred

  • Network across OEMs, Tier suppliers, and tech partners
  • Experience with tools/partners like Dassault, dSPACE, IPG, Azure/AWS

🔹 Education & Language

  • Degree in Engineering/Business or related field
  • Strong English communication (German is a plus)
