Strategic Procurement Specialist

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will be involved in handling international RFQs, supplier
evaluation, negotiations, and performance
monitoring, while managing global supplier
relationships to drive cost efficiency and delivery
excellence.

Chennai

▪ Lead end-to-end procurement of engineering development services with focus on cost, quality, and delivery
▪ Manage international RFQs, including supplier identification, evaluation, and shortlisting
▪ Handle commercial negotiations and supplier contracts
▪ Drive supplier onboarding, nomination, and compliance
▪ Monitor supplier performance and ensure KPI adherence
▪ Conduct supplier audits for continuous improvement and risk control
▪ Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals
▪ Build and manage a global supplier base
▪ Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
▪ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

Must-Have Skills
▪ Procurement of engineering development services
▪ Experience in automotive industry sourcing
▪ Handling international RFQs and supplier evaluation
▪ Knowledge of supplier audits and compliance

▪ Basic German language proficiency
