IAV in Berlin

Germany

IAV was founded in 1983 as a spin-off from Berlin University of Technology directly on the river Spree, right at the heart of Germany’s capital city. This is where the success story began. Today, IAV Berlin is one of the largest and most advanced development centers. At the same time, it is home to the headquarters of the IAV Group and also features a number of technological highlights, such as the world’s only climate roller dynamometer for simulating extreme cold and extreme heat at altitudes of more than 5,300 meters asl. Close integration with research institutes and start-ups is a similarly characteristic feature of the Berlin site, together with the international flair and huge diversity of Germany’s largest metropolis. Welcome to IAV in Berlin!
