Interview Process at IAV Maroc

After you submit your application, our Hiring Managers will review it to assess whether your skills and experience match the role. If your profile is aligned, we will contact you for an initial conversation and to schedule an interview.
In 30-60 minutes technical interview you will discuss with team and project managers your expertise and learn more about the specific role.
Transparent dialogue on compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities. Ensures mutual agreement before finalizing terms.
Formal offer letter shared via email with salary, perks, and joining details. Acceptance typically occurs within 3 days, followed by background verification.
Your journey at IAV Maroc now begins, and we will support you throughout the onboarding process to help you transition as quickly as possible into your first customer assignments. In parallel, we will provide the necessary training identified together.
