How to use IAV Egalité?

Create projekt

  1. The project manager can set up the project with just a few clicks.

Access control

  1. Define project users and select configurable roles for each project so that each user has the appropriate permissions and access levels to perform their tasks effectively and securely.

Endpoint configuration

  1. Select your ticket systems and define the respective login method.

Define lookup tables

  1. Add translations so that the systems speak the same language. For example, project status or security clearances may differ in each system, ensuring consistency and understanding across all platforms.

Create synchronization process

  1. Determine which system is synchronized with which system at specific time intervals and use filters to ensure that only relevant data is exchanged and accurately maintained across platforms.

Graphic overview and tests

  1. Use a graphical representation to assign the systems used. Identify which field of ticket A belongs to ticket B, change entries or determine which information is transferred. This feature allows the manager to visually test and adjust the configuration in real time to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
