How do I use IAV Egalité?
The project manager can set up the project with just a few clicks.
Define project users and select configurable roles for each project so that each user has the appropriate permissions and access levels to perform their tasks effectively and securely.
Select your ticket systems and define the respective registration method.
Add translations so that the systems speak the same language. For example, project statuses or security clearances may differ in each system, ensuring consistency and understanding across all platforms.
Determine which system is synchronized with which system at specific intervals, and use filters to ensure that only relevant data is exchanged and accurately maintained across platforms.
Use a graphical representation to map the systems used. Identify which field belongs from ticket A to ticket B, change entries, or determine which information is transferred. This feature allows the manager to visually test and adjust the configuration in real time to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Once everything is set up correctly, you can start the synchronization process to ensure continuous and automated data exchange between the systems.
