Karsten is a well-established leader in both the IAV and consulting world. Since joining IAV in 2012, Karsten has held executive leadership roles in the Technical Organization, Sales and HR. Before joining IAV, he founded and led his own consulting firm in the automotive sector for 12 years. During this time, Karsten and his team developed strategies together with executive boards and then oversaw their execution - combining top-level decision-making and hands-on operations. With his deep understanding of technological innovation and client-focused consulting, he embodies the bridge between engineering and strategic advisory.

Michael Junger worked at consulting4drive for 17 years. The last nine years he shaped the company as Managing Director with dedication and commitment to clients and colleagues. During this time, he positioned C4D as a recognized consulting partner in the automotive sector. Wolfgang Wukisiewitsch, who joined the management team alongside Michael nearly two years ago, has also set strategic directions and helped steer the company through a changing market environment. IAV remains in close contact with both regarding their future paths.
Karsten will lead C4D into its next chapter while continuing his responsibilities within IAV’s Technical Organization to support its ongoing transformation. With him at the helm, C4D is well positioned to continue supporting its customers with forward-looking solutions and strategic insight, and to take the next step in transforming within a challenging market environment.
