The project manager can set up the project in just a few clicks. - Access control
Define project users and select configurable roles for each project so that every user has the appropriate permissions and access levels to perform their tasks effectively and securely. - Endpoint configuration
Select your ticketing systems and define the respective login method. - Define lookup tables
Add translations so that the systems speak the same language. For example, project statuses or security clearances may differ across systems, ensuring consistency and understanding across all platforms. - Create a synchronization process
Specify which systems are synchronized with which other systems at specific intervals, and use filters to ensure that only relevant data is exchanged and accurately maintained across platforms. - Visual overview and testing
Use a visual representation to map the systems involved. Identify which field belongs to Ticket A versus Ticket B, modify entries, or determine which information is transferred. This feature allows managers to visually test and adjust the configuration in real time to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Continuous execution
