What is IAV Service Cloud?
IAV Service Cloud is a modular cloud platform with a wide range of functions. The resulting ecosystem consists of the following basic components:
- RepairBot and KnowledgeBot: AI-based chatbots that integrate seamlessly into your team. They are available to answer any questions you may have and, with their extensive specialist knowledge, are the perfect sparring partners for your daily work. They have general and industry-specific expertise, for example from the workshop environment, standards database, internal data sources (e.g., intranet), etc.
The modules process customer inquiries and generate suitable solution proposals, access all information within the cloud system quickly and easily, and support you, for example, in linking this information. - Smart Tooling Hub: Enables manufacturer-independent integration of smart tools into workflows without the need to change the user interface or software application. With the Smart Tooling Hub, it is possible to efficiently handle production, assembly, or repair processes using any tools from different manufacturers. You can use an editor to design and create your own work steps or workflows according to your ideas and requirements – simple, flexible, and expandable. The Smart Tooling Hub offers a growing number of networked tools and connects to other modules for a wide range of applications. The connection to other modules in the ecosystem, such as the chatbot or SmartView, makes the Smart Tooling Hub a central and versatile helper.
- Analytics: Uses the latest AI/ML technologies to assist with report and documentation creation as well as time-consuming and extensive claims and warranty processing. Analytics optimizes workflows and processes by analyzing, connecting, preparing, and finalizing for you, allowing you to focus on reviewing and checking in the future and spend less time on upstream work steps.
- SmartView: Integrate computer vision into your daily work. IAV Service Cloud enables you to extract relevant information from visual input variables and actively and specifically supports you in performing your tasks—including training and repairs.
