By registering for this unique double event, you can expect exciting presentations and discussions on the latest development results and 3D CFD methods in the field of engine combustion of conventional and renewable fuels. The focus will be on ignition, flame kernel growth and irregular combustion phenomena. You will see results from Ammonia or Hydrogen fueled engines and how these fuels can be ignited or irregular combustion can be avoided. Furthermore, you will see results form engines concepts with passive and active pre chamber spark plugs, both at hot and cold/catalyst heating conditions. In addition to great presentations from organizations such as GM, Cummins, ARAMCO, CHAMPION Ignition, Bosch, Argonne National Laboratory, Purdue University and others we will have two outstanding keynote presentations by Dr. Kelly Senecal - Convergent Science and Dr. Dave Cleary - HORSE Powertrain. Last but not least, there will be an interactive discussion session moderated by IAV between the members of the Scientific Advisory Board with representatives from GM, Cummins, Aramco, VW, CHAMPION Ignition, HORSE Powertrain, Argonne National Laboratory and the audience. The focus will be on “Internal Combustion Engines: Future Visions and Realities”.
