Challenge

The IAV Solution

IAV Auros enables existing infrastructure to be adapted quickly and efficiently to new testing requirements. The system combines a high-voltage power supply, fully automated test sequences, and integrated safety mechanisms in a single mobile test rack. The test object stays where it is. The test rack comes to it, with no construction work and no need to ship sensitive prototypes.

Supports common HV testing standards (e.g., LV123, VW80300, MBN 11123, BMW GS 95023)
Do you need the full set of electrical tests to ISO 21498-2? These are covered by the IAV Auros Iso add-on.
Minimal infrastructure requirements: A 400V, 63A CEE outlet is sufficient. Thanks to integrated air cooling, no cooling water connection is necessary.
