The IAV Women@Chassis event, an initiative to promote more diversity in our teams, took place for the fourth time from 9 to 10 November. This year it was entirely virtual. With this event, we aim to encourage, inspire, and motivate our female employees to take their own path.
Under the event motto “hungry for more!”, the focus was on sharing knowledge, learning more, and networking. Because that’s exactly what mobile work is lacking at the moment. Our participants exchanged ideas on how to separate work and private life, appreciation for working at home, and personal development.
Keep your distance, work from home … What we’re missing most right now is an opportunity for mutual exchange. This event came at just the right time! It brought us together and gave us a chance to tackle challenges and combine our strengths.
